Converted worlds from Legacy console edition cause pillager outposts to lose the ability to spawn pillagers.

Worlds converted from legacy console edition lose the bounding box that allows pillagers to spawn near outposts.

How to recreate.
1. Create a world on PS4 Legacy console edition.
2. Locate a pillager outpost and save the game.
3. Convert the world.
4. Load the world and do /kill @e[type=pillager]
5. Watch as no pillagers spawn in.

Does the issue still persist on the newest (1.17.40) version?
Could you please upload affected world? It's really hard to reproduce.
