The realm menu does not show any realm. I tried restarting minecraft several times but no realm appear.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

You may try to use tips from MCPE-36190 from the "Potential Workaround" part. I don't guarantee they would work because it depends on many factors, but please try it. Also, is it still an issue in the newest version?
