As shown in the image, when holding a map in hand and walking in front of an item frame with a map inside, the map in hand appears behind the map in the item frame.
Steps to Reproduce
1. place map in frame
2. hold second map in hand
3. walk in front of the framed map

In hand map should appear in foreground

I also see wobbling artifacts if I hold a map in my off-hand while holding a map in my main hand AKA dual-wielding. Sign text also appears over the map as well as item frame maps. MCPE-112919

Fixed an issue with maps rendering over transparent objects when attached to item frames in RTX worlds.
Does this fix it? I'll try tomorrow.
This is more or less fixed. The other issue, the wobbling artifacts I reported in MCPE-112919, still is a problem in 1.16.210 though.
