I just updated to 1.16.100, playing on a dedicated server. Tracks that were previously built and running hopper minecarts are stopping on their own. When I attempt to move them, there is no response. I have to break and replace them, but the same issue reoccurs.

Interesting note is that the carts are still running even when they do not look like they are moving. If you are using a closed loop to load and unload, just watch the hopper values and you can see the values change and even the items change. We are leaving thing stay and just not having that animation.
