False entities that you can't interact with (even with commands) appear

I was walking through the nether, and found a piglin that seems to be frozen. I am unable to hit it, make it fall, or throw it with knockback. My friend that was in the world was unable to see the false entity. Once I left and rejoined the world, the entity no longer existed.

 

I also experienced this bug before when shooting a villager with punch two arrows once a creative world. Once I rejoined it, the villager switched positions and went normal again.

I am not sure how to reproduce the issue.

Your entities are frozen only visually, when in fact they are moving around as normal (invisible). When you relog they appear at the correct location
