[MCPE-10716] Shears injure sheep and snow golems

When the shear button is pressed on a sheep or a snow golem, they are injured by the player. However, if the screen is held pressed down to shear them, they take no damage.

This bug has already been reported! Please go here -> (MCPE-10490) and make sure to do a quick search for your bug before just writing a duplicate ticket. Currently 51% of resolved tickets have been duplicates!
