Chain breaking (Breaking multiple blocks without stopping) anything and then, without stopping, hitting leaves, will make you start breaking leaves at Creative Mode speed

Please post any further information you have on this ticket: MCPE-9722. We expect they are closely related issues. It is more easy to achieve with leaves because they break so darn easily. Oops, broke some more!
