Cannot download 1.16.100 from Microsoft Store

Error Code: 0x803FB107  or Code: 0x803FB005

I had Minecraft for Windows 10 version 1.16.40, I uninstalled because it would not automatically update to 1.16.100.  Now all I get is the above error codes trying to download Minecraft for Windows 10 from Microsoft Store.

I opened a ticket with Microsoft, and they told me to put in a ticket with Mojang support.
