I had a librarian that gave me a discounted trade of 18 paper for 1 emerald then I tried to lock out it's trade. After 2 in-game days (3 resupply instances), the villagers trade did noy revert back to 18 paper to 1 emerald and instead permanently increased its trade to 23 paper for 1 emerald. I waited yet 2 more in-game days (4 resupply instances) and still not bringing it back to 18 paper to 1 emerald trade. It's frustrating and a waste of golden apples which I can't farm at the moment since I'm still at the early game stage.

Are you sure that this villager worked at its workstation?
Did this villager have the 18 paper trade before, or after, the 1.16.100 update?

Issue happened after update. I started a new world after updating and had this issue. Device is Samsung J6, Android 10.

I am having the same issue. My villagers are all locked in to an area with the bed they are tied to and the workstation they are tied to in each individual cell. All villagers were naturally spawning Zombie villagers that I converted back in to villagers. The discounted rates that I was getting have disappeared since the 16.1.100 patch on every single villager.
I am playing on a bedrock realm via xbox one, though I have had other players check the villager prices from other devices and the result is the same.

This also happens to me in Nintendo Switch version, In 1.16.40 i had villagers that traded me books, armours, etc, for only 1 emerald, because I cured them from zombification, and when the 1.16.100 came, the villagers changed their prices, from 1 emerald to 38!!, and i cured them again but the disccount doesn't was applied
