Glitches and issues

I play Minecraft bedrock with my kids, Nephews and Nieces on realms, Lan connection, as well as just on my computer to work and experiment.

The current issue I am seeing is I have 5 villagers in a room beds in the middle of the room and the villagers go to sleep and glitch across the room into the wall then cannot be found.  The villagers glitch through walls and will not stay contained.

Villagers also stop responding then glitch across the landscape also.

Skeleton farms have the same effect. Create a trap to kill them with a sword they glitch through the wall across the room and attack from behind.

When breaking blocks they have a tendency to stop reacting then all of a sudden a whole row of blocks disappear and sometimes reappear with you inside the block.

Loading landscapes has become sluggash if you are flying back and forth in a short distance it takes a really time to load you can run into a wall hit the ground and watch all of the caves for an overly long time.

Minecarts you can watch going back and forth across 10 furnaces and the minecart will glitch across the screen, disappear from a glitch, or just stop because the glitching. 

This is very hard to play and teach the kids how to create things and experience the game when no matter what they do it either brake or glitch out.

Could you help me understand if there is something I am doing wrong or if the 1.16.100 is just really this bad.
