[MCPE-10793] Fishing Rod Bobber is Black

The Bobber of The Fishing Rod is Black , It's Kind of Like it Texture is Missing, Please Fix This .

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Get/Craft a Fishing Rod
2. Cast it on water, block or anything else you can possibly cast on. (You will observed that it's Bobber is Black or Missing it's Texture)

And by the way, MCPE 8565 is Android mine is iOS so it's different.
