Well, I disagree because they do chase you when they are provoked by a player... Maybe just maybe, when you provoke/hit on pigman, maybe others was just far enough to not get your attention/presence

Same goes with minecart, boats, mules, and donkeys.. It only lags before the "tap sneak to dismount" text appears

However , the disconnection screen says disconnectionScreen.noInternet , Meaning it is not correct , IT MUST BE FIXED!
