Edit: In 0.13.0 Build 3 and later, signs now scroll depending on the line you are typing in the GUI. This could possibly be considered a bug, or just the fix for this. Is there any clarification on that? Four images are posted below to see it.
When I put up a sign, it displays too low so that you cannot see the bottom two lines when typing. This problem exists on not only my iPhone 5S, but on older iPhones and Android tablets. This issue also existed no eariler than 0.12.
The only way to reproduce it is put up a sign anywhere.

I am having this exact issue as well. I have to keep guessing where the text is at, or if I spelled correctly.
Also, I am not sure if this is a different problem, but I cannot delete text on the previous lines, after I hit enter.
