Whenever I go to use the original Minecraft texture on PS4 a bunch of items bug out making them look like gray squares.

You are welcome to search for or make a feedback post on feedback.minecraft.net about updating the classic texture pack for new blocks, but this is not a valid issue on the bug tracker.
