If I leave the title menu screen idle for around 3 minutes and then attempt to open a sub-menu, such as selecting the play button or the marketplace, I get met with a loading bar that doesn't actually load anything and sits there until I close out and restart the game.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-111640, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
