[MCPE-108072] The Loading Resource Packs menu can be closed by pressing ESC

You can close the Loading Resource Packs menu by pressing esc. Note: The Resource pack that I am using does not affect this bug.

Steps to Reproduce:

Observed Results:
The "Loading Resource Packs" UI closes.

Expected Results:
The UI should not close until the resource pack is finished loading.

Does this issue occur when activating resource packs in Global Settings? If possible, please add some media to help us reproduce this bug.
