Star Wars DLC Skins are Missing

I purchased the new Star Wars DLC, and it is supposed to have 55 new skins for characters, but today I tried to change my character skin and the new skins are gone. Al;l of the other older Star Wars skins that I own are still available, as well as any other skin packs that I own, but the new ones are nowhere to be found in order to use.
