Summary:
I am unable to unlock the "It's a Sign!" achievement despite meeting the requirements.
Observed Result:
I have crafted and placed an oak sign in a world that is eligible for unlocking achievements but the achievement is still locked, my progress is 1/2.
Expected Result:
The achievement should be unlocked

Tried every combination; this one is bugged for me too on Xbox Series X; I don't even get any progress bar at all
The "It's a sign" and "Renewable energy" achievements aren't working. I've placed well over a dozen oak signs and nothing. I've also used over two trees to try and do the "Renewable energy" achievement and it isn't working. The platform I'm on is the switch if that matters at all.
Its a sign and renewable energy achievements are unable to get even if i meet all the requirements. Im playing on Android
