Ok so the locating server bug only happens when im on consoles that cannot support lan with mobile and windows 10 versions. My friends are playing on the same wifi (and are on windows 10 and mobile editions) as me and it only works if they're on different wifi from me. It is different from all other bug reports that have locating server issue because they don't point out this specific detail and are fixable without changing wifi like using another account.
