When I try and login to my Microsoft account on my Minecraft ps4 the game is up to date I've rebooted the console and deleted the game for times I contacted Microsoft support and they told me to contact you every time I login it says error this account is signed in on another ps4 but I've checked and it is not my Minecraft keeps trying to sign in but it is unsuccessful with doing so and I'm not sure how to proceed any help would be appreciated.I will attach an image below.apologies for the affects version I'm not to sure what that is I'm on version 2.18 on my Minecraft
