We have just downloaded Advanced Dragons 2 for our PS4 but it will not launch. It gives an error message asking us to check our internet connection, but our internet connection is fine. We have spent £15.99 and have nothing to show for it. Please tell me how to get a refund or make the download work. Thanks.

Advanced Dragons 2 -XBOX One texture pack error. “Unable to connect to world. Please check your internet connection and try again.”
I have checked internet connection. It is good. I can connect to my other worlds and other worlds of online players without a problem. I was able to connect before and it just stopped connecting. Please help resolve this issue.
