[MCPE-108675] does not allow me to play

On the ps4, every time I try to open the game, it gets stuck on the loading screen. the loading bar doesn't move past about half of its total load bar. Resetting the game does not work and I have not been able to play on it for months.

Edit: It is July 9th and is have still not seen a fix to this issue. I still have not been able to get on to Minecraft to play. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED!?

this issue is not resolved. the feedback in the comments don't work and the issue persist.
