villagers will get stuck on one profession block/bed, even if they do not have access to it.

I have multiple librarians in my Minecraft Realm. I have noticed some villagers will refuse to sleep in their beds. One librarian will not sleep in his cell's bed, because another villager wants to sleep there, and that villager will be stubborn, and continue to try and sleep in that bed, even if the villager is one floor below, and the bed is one floor above. It's like that bed belongs to that villager, and it will be his no matter what, even if he cannot access it. I have to then figure out which bed belongs to which villager, and rearrange them accordingly. Same with the profession blocks. That lectern will always belong to a certain librarian, and it will be his, even when he cannot access it. In Java, a villager will have to walk and touch the profession block to claim it as theirs, but in Bedrock, they will claim it regardless of where it is placed. Even if they don't have access to it. In Java, a villager will not claim a profession block or bed as theirs if they cannot reach it.
