I watched the 2019 Minecraft live stream and in that live stream they said that if you downloaded the limited time skin pack of Steve and Alex with a golden cape with a creeper face, you would receive it with your skins to use on any skin later when capes were added into bedrock edition. I received the cape, and I even got the pancake cape now, but only recently, has the golden cape disappeared in my skins. I still have the pancake cape, but I don't have the golden one. Although the golden cape was taken away, I still have the skin pack with Steve and Alex with the golden cape, and if I put that skin pack on, they have it on. I just want the cape back for all my skins.
(I can send evidence of the skin pack and of the missing cape if needed)
