There is a resource pack which me and a friend created know as "Custom Damage Particles", so in that it has sharpness particles from java, but we has to put a player.entity.json file, which does not render any capes.
Feel free to change and use all the codes within as long as working on resolving this issue.
All the skins are fine but no capes are rendered, in game as well as on the skin changing menu.
This is spoiling the fun of the particles as capes are an essential part of mcpe.
Please try to look into this as soon as possible.
