[MCPE-109407] I used rtx resource pack, but ray tracing option doesn't turn on

Obviously I'm using rtx resource pack, but ray tracing doesn't work
It doesn't say it's an unsupported device, it shows up like that

(Summary) "Apply an rtx resource pack"
Fix it to mark it as a device problem or support GTX as well

You need an RTX compatible graphics card to enable ray tracing. You currently have a GTX 1060 which doesn't support RTX. In order to enable it, you need an RTX 2060 or better.
