I cannot see anyone's skin, they just appear as steves! I tested this out by changing my skin and showing a friend and they couldn't see my skin! Then they changed their skin and I couldn't see theirs! It was just Steve.

In Settings > Profile, do both of you have "Only Allow Trusted Skins" disabled? If not, does disabling it fix the issue?
