When entering the Nether the game starts to play Ghasts sounds near the player even though there are no Ghasts near or visible, and the sounds become annoying because it happens every ten seconds

This is likely because ghasts are spawning in, but despawning almost immediately as they move out of the despawn radius.
There may also be hidden caverns where ghasts are spawning.
Ghast sounds can be heard at over 5000 blocks away, so if multiple players are in the Nether you may be hearing all of the Ghasts around all of them. This issue is tracked at MCPE-35222.
