There is no spectator mode like survival or creative mode. The command to switch game modes is /gamemode and the mode you want but there's no command for spectator mode

Hey there! Sorry, but this isn't a bug. Currently, there is no Spectator mode in Minecraft (Bedrock codebase). It is currently only available in Minecraft: Java Edition.
