In my world, I have created a flat area to make a village in, and I have noticed recently that some are becoming invisible to me but not to others. Almost every time I visit the at nights they are floating in a sleeping position and sometimes flying away (more on that in this issue that is actually not resolved: MCPE-43464) In the morning anyone who is in my world via Xbox Live or LAN, can see the villagers back but I can't. The weird thing is, sometimes I can see the floating villagers and others can't. Please view my comment in MCPE - 43464 as I think I know the problem to the floating villagers is.

Yes, MCPE-101202 does cover the villagers flying away.
You can verify that the bug has been fixed by updating to the latest beta (1.16.210.50), and creating a new world. Don't open existing worlds in the beta as you will not be able to open them in the older version after you downgrade back.
Because it has already been fixed in the upcoming version, and there are no reports of the bug in the betas, there is no need to comment on MCPE-101202, unless you can verify it still occurs on the beta. The staff were informed that 1.16.200 will likely be coming in the next few weeks (keyword: likely).
