The version should show at the bottom right on the main Minecraft screen. PlayStation might use a different version number, but if you can tell us what is shown we can figure out if it is equivalent to 1.16.200. The missing cape issue was fixed in that release, available on 8 December, but not all platforms get updated at the exact same time.
