I was flying to the base with all the items that I was saving in a different place and suddenly I got stock inside a block, I loose all my items, lots of items, that took me months to save.

same kind of thing happened to me in the nether, i was building up to the top to make a new highway portal and fell through landing in lava and losing everything in my inventory. I saved a clip with xbox "record what happened" feature
