1.16.200 broke my shaders

I had Bicubic 2.5 ultra as one of my .mcpacks activated for a good while throughout the lifespan of 1.16 updates. Up until just today, when I updated the game in my windows store library and ran it. My world had vanilla lighting and a blinding white skybox. I left the world, deleted the pack, reinstalled it, same issue. I searched for the latest version of the shader and installed that (Bicubic ultra 2.7), still the same problem. So are literally all bedrock shaders right now broken, in the same update that added RTX support ironically?

1.16.200 has a new rendering engine which means the creator has to remake the shader to support renderdragon

Yeah, all 3rd party shaders are now broken. You will need to find a shader in the mc bedrock store in order to find one. It really sucks as I just got this fancy new shader and only got to enjoy it for 2 days. All the creators that spent years developing their shaders are all gone with a single update. This update sucks.
