Today I've updated my Minecraft to 1.16.200. Excited for the new bug fixes, I opened my game and went into the Character Creator. When I went in, my 2nd & 4th avatars have had certain items deleted.
The items you see in the screenshots below, the outerwear and the face item, have disappeared. There were also items relating to Earth Day that were on there as well, but they too have vanished.
I don't know if this is a bug or an intention from the developers, but I thought I'd report it and have my voice heard.

To this day, I never saw the items again. When I equipped them, they were deleted off of my avatar. A real shame. I enjoyed wearing those items.
Hopefully someday they'll return and won't glitch out of existence.
EDIT: There is the possibility that these items could have been linked to Minecraft Earth's character creator, but that's merely a thought.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
