I have the same issue. After clicking around randomly I found that it was possible to make the menu appear, but when I loaded into a world some strange glitchy stuff happened (pictures attached). Not sure if this needs a separate bug report but both issues appeared with the 1.16.200 update.

[media]I am also having this issue. Although I could not manage to navigate through the invisible menu, I did find myself selecting things and causing text to glitch out.
I've been playing for 4 days, and it just happened today, so I don't think it's anything to do with a game update?

When I updated my Minecraft this started to happen. I can't click on anything. I restarted my laptop about 5 times and still nothing. I'm scared I might not be able to play Minecraft again
