Update on this issue by [~Mega_Spud]:
Thanks for all of the relevant information provided so far. For those affected, you might like to make sure your drivers are all up to date, as well as include any specific information about your graphics card and driver version.
This comment also provides a potential workaround for players using AMD hardware, which you might find useful.
Image attached shows what should be title screen with what appears to be skewed text to the upper center left of the image.
This is occurring after updating the game as it prompted me to do when attempting to log into Realms - music plays, biome 'panorama' rotates, invisible buttons are 'clickable' but I cannot get into a game, nothing is displayed after clicking where the 'Play' button would be anyway, but the 'buttons' are actionable.
Adding that this is after updating my original install, uninstalling when noticing this bug, then reinstalling in an attempt to fix - did not resolve.

When I try to enter a world with invisible buttons, the world looks like this. Besides, the active bar, the hand, everything is invisible. Mojang Studios, please fix this bug quickly.

tikituki - if it helps, I had a friend on PS4 join my world and it looks perfectly fine to him. Looks like it's just a graphical issue, but I'd recommend backing up your worlds anyways!
Looks like we're all suffering the same issue. I put all of the info I've got here: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-109904?focusedCommentId=859020&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-859020

The game is bugging like we are all saying, just though it would be useful to add that if you do blindly make your way into a world, the sun and daylight cycle seem to be working, and the walls act as normal if you move around. My house was still shaped like my house, but all screwy. New just after updating to 1.16.200 all up to date windows 10. Here's a .pdf because I'm apparently missing a token to attach a file here

Same on my Win 10 PC. No UI/ Main Starting Menu. Just blank rotating Nether update screen. rebooted. Uninstalled, reinstalled. made sure drivers were updated. 4+ hours of troubleshooting to no avail.
CPU: Intel i7 2.8GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon r7 370

I have exactly the same issue as Chris Esparza. Even the same view of the nether. In addition to uninstall, driver update, etc, I found a forum with some similar issues from 2018 that were fixed by clearing the Windows Store cache and a bunch of other windows store silliness. But that doesn't help either.

I have the same problem and i want to add that in my case when press click randomly on the center of the screen i hear the UI buttons getting clicked (from default sound effects ).Its like the UI is under the nether screen .... EDIT FOUND A FIX . So im re editing this so i can be more specific.
Step 1 Open AMD radeon settings which you can find in your desktop by right clicking
Step 2 Go in the tab "Gaming.
Step 3 Pick minecraft or add it .
Step 4 Put this settings i have in these screen shots https://prnt.sc/vyvp42 https://prnt.sc/vyvpo5
This settings basically stops overiding minecraft and allows it to open up

Same as the above comments. Managed to actually (somehow) log onto my world and it was heavily glitched out like the sample images in the main report. Rebooted, uninstalled, reinstalled, and, just for fun, opened Java Edition which seems to work fine.
EDIT: Followed Skiguros's workaround, game launches successfully, but all worlds are GONE. Big disappointment. Hopefully, this is temporary, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

my desktop running AMD graphics does has this issue, but my laptop running NVIDIA graphics does not has this issue.
EDIT: I did some poking around in the radeon software from looking at Skiguros's post and I get Minecraft to work on desktop by selecting the 'Gaming' profile in the Graphic Profile.

Can you provide a more specific workaround (Steps to workaround, 1. 2. 3.) so that others can fix the issue?

It seems like this is a bug with certain GPU drivers and the new Render Dragon engine. If I set my AMD graphics profile to the "Gaming" setting, I can load the menu, but as soon as I load a world or even enter the Resource Packs menu, the game freaks out and all sorts of rendering errors occur.

This is my fix for the issue (Sorry for my english)
Open the AMD Radeon Software by right clicking at the desktop
Navigate to the 'Gaming' page in the software
In the 'Game' page, select Minecraft or adding from the 3 dots on top
Look in the lower left and you can see the 'Graphics Profile'
Select 'Gaming'
Launch Minecraft from the AMD Radeon Software.
Note: I disable the Radeon Image Sharpening afterwards and now the 'Graphics Profile' turns to 'Custom'

Hey guys I also play minecraft on my laptop and has AMD discrete graphics. So i had this same issue too, but there is one workaround i figured out. Steps are:
1) go to settings app
2) type graphics settings
3) check if your drop down is set to Microsoft store app
4) Select minecraft in the second dropdown and click "add"
5) now minecraft should appear in the list below the dropdowns.
6) now click on minecraft and click on the "options" button
7) it will give you options of graphics cards which will probably be intel HD graphics and AMD graphics. now select "power saving" which is the intel hd graphics and click save.
8) open minecraft 🙂

I have an AMD Radeon HD 7800 (paired with an intel i5-3570k if needed, but seems like it's the graphics card causing problems). I did download the latest driver 20.11.2 to see if it would fix the problem and it did not.
Having said that, going into the AMD settings and matching the settings that Skiguros posted fixed the problem

tried the fix from AlphaRomeo. did not work for me.
I have an amd radeon hd 7970 (2 of them actually). Tried with and without crossfire. I have intel i7 980 gen 3 (i think) and a asus rampage board.
uninstalled/re installed the radeon software again just to make sure there was no corruption and that I was up to date.
The problem only seems to exist with the bedrock 1.16.200. my other machine which is almost identical to this one is working fine on the previous version 1.16.100 and my java edition on this machine is still good.

Running an AMD HD 7870 GPU on an i5-4670 - ran the fix Skiguros advised and followed Aiman's instructions and got into my Realm. Runs well enough to play with a hitch or two. Thanks for the team effort all around to get me into the game thus far folks, backpats all around.

UPDATE!!
I physically removed one of the graphics cards with no luck.
I then went to the device manager and under the 'display adapters' menu
I right clicked on my video card and selected properties.
i clicked 'disable device'
Now my minecraft menu is visible and the 'glitches' are gone.
This is working for now.
Only drawback is that, because my graphics card is disabled I no longer have 3 monitors. only 1 main monitor.
I will keep working on it.

Other players present that they try to open the game and close it immediately and it even takes 1 hour to open the game, which has never happened to me more than now I tried to install the game in windows 10 and it did not work either, it continues like this then it is a matter of the game that is crashing and not my pc.

I have this issue on Windows 10 edition as well. Never had it before until the moment I finished the update just now.
I have two monitors each using AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series, extended screen
tried single screen with either card disabled
tried the suggestion to play with the graphic settings (Minecraft app + Power Saving mode)
Driver Version 20.11.2, updated a month ago. Latest version released at the moment.
CPU Intel Core i7-4770
Minecraft starts up and then just shows me the moving panoramic. I hear buttons clicking when I click on the screen, but nothing happens.
EDIT: Followed Skiguros's workaround, game launches successfully, but my backup worlds (I play on Realms) are gone. Not a big loss to me, but for those running off their hard drive may be very unhappy with the workaround.

Please advise if graphical glitches occuring in attached screenshots are to be reported separately. These are all RenderDragon-related issues, circumvented in the fix posted by Skiguros earlier in this comment thread and highlight in Mega_Spud's addition to my original post.
Are we to duplicate this bug report once again?

To get it working (by that I mean playable, not enjoyable), for AMD FirePro M5100, I did these steps...
Close out of game if running.
Right-click on desktop (not icon).
Select Display Settings.
Under Display, scroll down and click Graphics settings.
Select Microsoft Store app, under "Choose an app to set preference".
Select Minecraft from the "Select an app" drop-down.
Click the Add button.
Click on the Options button for the Minecraft item
Select Power saving mode (so that the AMD FirePro M5100 is NOT being used)
Click the Save button
Close out of Settings window
Launch Minecraft.
My GPU option for power saving has it using Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 (onboard graphics, which sucks, but I can play MC at least, it's just not pretty)
Note: You will probably get a warning from Minecraft like this: I ignored it.

I fixed this issue on my PC by updating my Radeon/AMD software to Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.12.1.
Adrenalin updated my drivers. On setup, I selected "Gaming" as the best profile and opened Minecraft from the Radeon Software.
Everything works now, meenu on startup is visible, working and all my worlds are accessible and work flawlessly.
I hope this works for you!
(note, my graphics card is an R7 370)

I'm getting the same issues as everyone else here. Windows 10 bedrock edition. Problems started after yesterday's ray tracing update (1.16.20002.0); everything worked fine before that.
Relevant graphical information: AMD Radeon HD 7750, with both driver versions 20.9.1 and 20.11.2 (upgrading to the latest recommended made no difference). Dxdiag attached.

I've followed the recommendations in other comments to some success, yet I am still encountering numerous graphical glitches as shown in my previous screenshot - even after updating my Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition drivers past the 'Recommended' version to the latest, optional 20.12.1 with no changes to the errors in rendering as demonstrated.

Even when adjusting the AMD profile settings for Minecraft and general Graphics, things like this still happen in my world. I'm running an AMD R7240 with the latest drivers and this still happens ;-;

Noppes is a genius!!
I tried his workaround on my system running amd 7970 and it works brilliantly!!!!!!!
Here is a repost of his settings...
Following @Skiguros suggestions resolve the issue.
Step 1 Open AMD radeon settings which you can find in your desktop by right clicking
Step 2 Go in the tab "Gaming.
Step 3 Pick minecraft or add it .
Step 4 Put this settings i have in these screen shots https://prnt.sc/vyvp42 https://prnt.sc/vyvpo5The important settings shown in the 2 screen shots are as follows.
A) Radeon Anti-lag ---- Enabled
B) Radeon Image Sharpening ---- Enabled.
Sharpness 80%
The following items didn't seem to make a difference, my settings were different than Noppes settings
Wait for vertical refresh
Anti-Aliasing
Anti-Aliasing Method
Texture Filtering Quality
Tessellation Mode
All other features are disabled

I’ve tried the workarounds but they still don’t work for me. A interesting piece of info I have to add though is for some reason, going to setting, global resources, then clicking on a pack from either “Active,” “My Packs,” or “Get More Packs” restores the UI in the menu area. Loading into a world still shows the broken textures but the menu will be fine till you close the game and relaunch it. Also my GPU is AMD Radeon R5 M335

I also have got the same problem.
Intel HD Graphics 520 (on-chip) & AMD FirePro W4190M (discrete/dedicated).
.100 worked fine with 3+ month old drivers;
Updated both drivers of Intel and AMD to the latest (still no joy);
Skiguros' suggestion does not work with the profile already under applications in the AMD Radeon Pro control panel;
I removed the MC profile from the control panel and re-added MC as a new profile with Skiguros' suggestion. This time the main screen did in fact display properly (Play - Settings - Marketplace buttons showing). However it went bonkers again after either pressing (Play), or (Settings), or (Marketplace), polygon-lines all over the screen. Closing the app and going back in again (no other changes in the control panel), it reverted back to not displaying the main screen;
ForlornRansomed's suggestion does work as it is using the on-chip graphics, however I share their sentiment that it does suck.
Probably irrelevant, but I had a similar issue playing another nostalgic game a few years back with this on-chip & dedicated GPU adapters combination. The graphics setting (engine) accepts the AMD FirePro W4190M but somewhere in loading the required .dll's it loads some of the .dll's for the on-chip GPU's configuration and some of .dll's for the dedicated GPU's configuration. I never got the publisher's version to work properly, but the Steam version (a higher version) resolved this issue. Whether this was a bug that was resolved, I cannot say for certain, but the Steam version worked with no problems.

AMD Radeon HD7800 latest driver (20.12.1) reinstalled Minecraft. The proposed fix did not work for me. Still an issue.
Update: the proposed workaround did not work if settings where done globally. However they worked when I selected minecraft and made the selections specifically for minecraft. Global settings seem not to matter.

The "No GUI and Glitched blocks" or The "Render Dragon" glitch is still effecting me i just updated all my drivers and launched minecraft no luck yet :/, im using a really old graphics card VE228-DVI-I (Amd Radeon HD 7800 series) maybe this is the problem?

This issue does not occur when the system is started in safe mode (I would not recommend playing it this way though)

Here is a solution that I found that worked for me:
Open AMD radeon settings
Go to Gaming tab and press Games icon; you will see Minecraft under your games
Press on Minecraft
Go to Graphics: Change profile to Standard
Enable: Radeon Anti Lag and dont change anything else
Launch game from there
For me works flawlessly!!!

The same exact thing has happened to me. I have an AMD Radeon R9 200 Graphics card, and I can NOT get my game to load. I tried the method where you would add Minecraft to your AMD Radeon's game list, but whenever I scan for games or actually manually pick Minecraft, nothing happens....... This update has broken my game. Please fix Mojang.

There are some fixes, if you manage to use AMD Software to fix the title screen, as mentioned above. Go to your in game settings and turn Anti-Aliasing to 1 and it fixes many of the render errors in game (making the game playable again)

AMD Radeon R7 350 Series / Windows 10 / Minecraft installed through Microsoft Store
I had this same issue but when I went to follow Skiguros' work around, Minecraft was not listed & I could not find the Mincraft exe to add it. What I figured out is that Microsoft store installs games into a folder called WindowsApps [ OS ( C : ) > Program Files > WindowsApps ] and I, as administrator on my pc, did not have access to view its contents. Instead, Microsoft's "TrustedInstaller" was the owner. I was able to change the folder ownership & all its contents to my pc's administrator account. Once that was changed, Minecraft showed up in the list on the AMD Radeon Software gaming page, I was able to complete the steps Skiguros listed and now my Minecraft is working. I haven't played yet but all the buttons were back, I was able to generate a world and so far, everything looks good. None of my old worlds were there but I am unsure if that is due to the workaround, update or the fixes I had tried before seeing this thread.

AMD Radeon R9 270, driver 20.11.2 (Adrenalin 2020 edition)
Thanks for the help and suggestions everyone. The one that worked for me was the Skiguros system.
Once I had the Radeon settings app running I started up Mincraft and the app recognised the game straight away. After that it was just a matter of following Skiguros' instruuctions and screenshots.
An excellent piece of work by Skiguros.

AMD Setting change only fixed the menu, but since the update 1.16.200 my game is very buggy and random graphics appear and make the game not enjoyable at all.

Has anyone else tried my workaround of booting into safe mode?

Hi,
I had the same problem, but the workaround specified by user AlphaRomeo worked for me.
I changed the graphics settings for minecraft to use Intel HD graphics instead of AMD graphics.
It is working now.

Minecraft is already in the Radeon Software, and all 'options' are disabled, and it still isn't working.

Okay, huge update to the Radeon software:
Open the Radeon Software, turn the graphics profile to 'gaming', then turn OFF the image sharpening. Once I set it to gaming, then turned off the image sharpening, it actually worked.
[media]
The "Gaming Profile" will change to custom. This is what actually worked for me. This seems to be more of a Radeon issue than Minecraft almost.

I have got an AMD FirePro W4190M (discrete/dedicated) with the latest Radeon Pro Software (which was installed automatically by the latest Radeon Adrenalin version). I cannot use the Adrenalin version, thus do not have access to all the the nice bells & whistles ("Gaming" tab) where you can change the "Anti-Lag" or "Image Sharpening" and so forth, which assisted some of the players to get into the game. Went through all of the different combinations available in the Radeon Pro version with no success.
Switching to the Intel HD 520 (integrated/on-chip), does allow you to go into the game and play with no visual issues........ BUT it seriously bogs down the CPU plus there is lots of lag.
Intel HD 520: Driver version 27.20.100.8189 (05 May 2020 02:00:00), Direct3D DDI (12), Feature Levels (12_1,12_0,11_1,11_0,10_1,10_0,9_3,9_2,9_1), Driver Model (WDDM 2.1)
AMD FirePro W4190M: Driver version 27.20.14501.28009 (04 Dec 2020 02:00:00), Direct3D DDI (12), Feature Levels (11_1,11_0,10_1,10_0,9_3,9_2,9_1), Driver Model (WDDM 2.6)
Read an article today, of an interview where Ray Tracing was mentioned using Feature Level (12.0 Ultimate). If this is the case, then does that imply that AMD drivers/adapters with max Feature Level (11.1) and which cannot use the Radeon Adrenalin version with the bells & whistles is out of luck?

The Radeon software is a partial fix for me. I can see the menu sometimes but not every time. The game will work most of the time as usual then the graphical glitches like the ones in others's posts will appear again. Also, the marketplace doesn't load up even with this method. It will either go to the menu-less rotating nether background or show a weird graphic glitch. This is a really frustrating issue! I would like it if they would allow us to roll back to the last version till this is resolved. The game is unplayable in this state for me...

The only problem I am having is adding the file onto RADEON's game folder. I tried scanning after giving myself permission to open up the "WindowApps" file that didn't work so I then decided to search manually to add the app I couldn't find the correct file in said "WindowsApps". Any help would be appreciated.

I have this issue as well - just the background image of the world/hive but no buttons or login. I have updated drivers and windows where needed, as well as uninstall and reinstall the app. None of it has worked.
I even went to try the graphics work around but that doesn't and won't work for me. My graphics card is ASUS A7 250X series. This was also set as the default. My Minecraft version 1.16.20002.0
Also had the same problem as David ;(
I purchased this game barely a month ago for me and my grand kids, not to mention all the coins for additional worlds, skins, and mash-ups. Are you people going to fix this before Christmas or not? If not, how do I go about getting a refund for everything?
I find it odd that when other companies make a foo paw of this caliber with one of their products, it takes them no time at all to fix it and push it out to their customers. And if it is going to take a little time they at least make their customers aware of it and compensate them.

I have the same issue, and through looking at the comments, this issue seems to be only on AMD first-gen GCN cards. My issue is similarly occurring on an R7 250 (2gb DDR3 Variant). It seems that the HD 7750 (R7 250) and HD 7770 (R7 250X) fail to check the driver version.

Exact same issue here. Menus do not appear on starting game. Sometimes can get into game by random clicking, but then graphics are totally broken and controls not working. Was fine until middle of last week.
Windows fully updated, GFX fully updated, tried above suggested fix, nothing works.
Using Radeon HD7900 GPU.
Game is totally broken at the moment, simply cannot be played, really hoping this has priority and a fix is pushed out soon...

Same issue here, but none of the work-arounds seem to completely work for me. I can get the menu options to re-appear, but joining a world results in lower than expected performance, followed by many visual artifacts throughout the world (identical to those posted by others). I haven't managed to find anything that makes any difference in game other than the said work-arounds but they only solve some of the issues. All of my drivers are up to date as well as my OS.

Hi,
I don't need a workaround, especially if this implies playing the game on the onboard graphic card. What I would like is to know if the developers of the game that I paid for are working on a fix for this crappy situation.
Thanks!

Hate to come across as a moany karen, but this game has been my vice for quarantine. It's sad that this has yet to be fixed - especially since it is genuinely unplayable for myself and so many others. At least a little transparency would be appreciated. How much longer can we expect to wait? It's been a whole week and we have yet to hear anything other than to try the workarounds which still lead to a seriously buggy game.
I know that there will be other bugs that need fixed but this must be a high priority. I can't imagine the amount of people with a 1st gen AMD GPU who are also dealing with this issue.
Could you at least let us know if there is a hotfix or patch on the way?

Hey guys,
It have been 6 days, and I've watched whole the walking dead season 10.
When will you solve this issue? Should i continue to watch fear the walking dead season 6? My Potato chips are almost used up!
BTW, thanks for this Critical BUG, so I have free time to watch the walking dead.

While the patch notes of .201 dont seem to mention AMD fixes, it does seem fixed for me after playing for about 15 minutes. I got no more texture corruption.

I get a warning that my drivers are out of date despite them being the most recent available for my device. However, the menu is back and I am able to play again and the camera response almost seems smoother. I have yet to see any glitchy behaviour aside from the occasional block that seems to take a second for it's textures to render.
Seems fixed to me.

Gwen Stephens, Have you downloaded the latest update? 1.16.201
If you have an AMD Radeon graphics card this might work, but you will need the latest drivers:
Following @Skiguros suggestions resolve the issue.
Step 1 Open AMD radeon settings which you can find in your desktop by right clicking
Step 2 Go in the tab "Gaming.
Step 3 Pick minecraft or add it .
Step 4 Put this settings i have in these screen shotsThe important settings shown in the 2 screen shots are as follows.
A) Radeon Anti-lag ---- Enabled
B) Radeon Image Sharpening ---- Enabled.
Sharpness 80%
The following items didn't seem to make a difference, my settings were different than Noppes settings
Wait for vertical refresh
Anti-Aliasing
Anti-Aliasing Method
Texture Filtering Quality
Tessellation Mode
All other features are disabled

Thanks for the setting Robert. I changed mine but I'm still stuck on the red screen. My son hasn't played Minecraft on the computer for almost 2 weeks now and I haven't progressed any further. Any other suggestions?

If you get stuck on a blank red screen, follow the same steps as before (Menu = gone issue) but switch to different graphics settings if you can. (Low power to high quality) then reopen the game. It should display correctly. IDK if that helps, I thought I'd say something in case it would help.

So I had a go at going through the AMD settings as above with no luck at all, still the pink/red screen.
However, I found out something strange today. The very first issue we had about 3 weeks ago now was that when we started Minecraft, the image on the screen was just the 'Nether' as my son tells me. It's just a panning landscape of the Nether and the menu screen never loaded. Once I did some fiddling around, we got past that and now it's stuck on the red/pink screen.
Interestingly though, we were on his Nintendo Switch just now. I signed into my Microsoft Account and guess what, the same panning 'Nether' image showed up and I thought I stuffed his Switch up too. It's quite a coincidence that after I put my Microsoft Account details in, the Switch also decided to freeze up. So, I got him to remove the game card out of the device, and all is well.
Just still no luck with the Windows 10 version.

Shaun Copeland, I don't have a Switch so I can't help you with that. I only have the Windows 10 version and the AMD/Minecraft 1.16.201 Hotfix worked for me. I don't know what else to suggest. My graphics card is a Radeon R9 270, by the way.

I found the answer for my problem! Answer is:
After opening, press start (i hope you remember these button's places), press create new world, click the same place, and you'll be in marketplace! It fixed it for me but no guarantee it will work for you, for some time, you will see everything correctly
