When I went into the latest beta I had a transparent interface and when I went blindly into the world saw the broken textures that interfere with the gameplay.

Have you tried a full reinstall of the game?
Backup any data you don't want to lose, then try the following:
Backup your MinecraftWorlds folder (if you want to save your worlds) (Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds)
Uninstall Minecraft
Delete the com.mojang folder (Device storage > games > com.mojang)
Reinstall Minecraft
Run Minecraft and if it works restore your MinecraftWorlds folder
Sometimes a clean install of the game will help with these kind of issues.

Reinstalling the game didnβt fix the issue the problem with invisible interface and broken textures in world remained.
If possible, could you please include details about your system (RAM, CPU, GPU spec).
If you like you can run dxdiag and copy the relevant information from there. (Win+R β dxdiag) - be sure to remove any personal information, just the PC specs would be useful, along with the driver version information.
