[Description]
All my friends are disconnected from my world when I am hosting a world and press "Home" key. After disconnected, my friends cannot find my world in their Friends tab and join again.
[Reproducibility]
Always
[Pre-Condition]
Player A and Player B are under the same WiFi network.
Both players install Minecraft 1.16.200 from Google Play
[Reproduce Step]
Player A launches Minecraft
Player A starts hosting a world with multiplayer enabled.
Player B launches Minecraft
Player B enters Friends tab (at this moment, the world hosted by Player A shows up)
Player B joins the world hosted by Player A
Player A presses "Home" key (at this moment, Player B is disconnected immediately)
Player A launches Minecraft again.
Player B enters Friends tab
Player B checks if there is the world hosted by Player A in the Friends tab.
[Expected Result]
Player B can see the world hosted by Player A in the Friends tab.
[Actual Result]
Player B CANNOT see any worlds in the Friends tab.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
