[MCPE-110564] Consistent Input lag

There is a consistent input lag with every single command input, something I'm experiencing since 1.16.200 release.

I've never experienced that issue in relation to commands before, also my gpu driver, cpu and OS are up to date so it must be a game problem.

Hope this get fixed, it's insanely annoying since I've always experienced a super fluid response before that update.
