When moving my mouse, I get a weird mouse lag. Using a different mouse and changing mouse settings did not fix the problem. Manually limiting my fps did not fix the problem either. All my drivers are up to date and this issue did not exist for me previously with the same mouse and same settings. No other applications were open.
