[MCPE-11073] Cross play bug(maybe)

When I try to play with minecraft windows 10 edition with local server multiplayer, the local server does not show up at all on my pc. I play mcpe on Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100. This also happens vice-versa even though both the devices are on the same wifi network.

Local Multiplayer works for me after I updated 0.12.3 for both my Android device and PC. Can you please delete this issue?
