PS4 stuck on Mojang Studios title screen

The PS4 version is stuck on the red Mojang Studios title screen. It will not load the game any more than that. There are no buttons to press and restarting the console does not work.

Also, the PS4 says the current version is 2.19 but that option was not available when creating the issue.
