I played my friend SParkl7 in a game that he created. After he changed his computer, I cannot join the game. I got a message "Cannot join world. The account you are signed in to is currently playing in this world on a different device". However, I did not sign in to any other device but to my computer at that time.
I am attaching the game that I could not join and the error message. My microsoft account name is also "honestkid121".
How this problem can be solved?

Someone may be hacking into your account, or you forgot to log out of your account in another device. Try resetting your password and making sure that you are logged out of all of your devices except the one you are playing on.
