Mouse and keyboard Input delay on movement, Mining, building, Hud

I know this issue has been reported but just to explain better, There is bad input delay when it comes to movement or building. It takes at least 1 second for me before the game registers I pressed a key to move, jump or even build, Me as well as other players did not have this issue on 1.16.100 and this issue started as soon as I updated to 1.16.200, Also Other people have tried to do the recommended steps to fix this issue but this is an actual bug that needs to be patched in a patch update.
