[MCPE-111214] I can't download maps

When ever I try to download maps or skins the game says that you don't have enough storage on your play station 4 system but I have plenty of room on my play station 4 I even have an external storage device and the save bar on the play menu is only half way full also rebooted lt. Please fix this I'm sure other people are having the same problem and it sucks thank you.
