I made a Microsoft account but it keeps saying that it's already linked to another account on Playstation and can't login

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
In general; PSN and MSA are linked 1:1.
This ticket will automatically reopen when you reply.
