Menus, Inventory and Chests hidden behind blocks in VR

Just got the VR setup for Minecraft Windows 10, the Menus for the Inventory, Chests, and Work Stations/Crafting are being hidden behind blocks when accessed. In my Blaze Farm for instance, the chest is beneath the trident killer and when i open it up itΒ  is lost within the blocks of the trident killer, the Menu for my Inventory or to exit the game are also hidden behind blocks if i am in closer quarters such as a 9x9 room, part of the menu goes into the floor as well. The menu should either shrink to fit, move closer to the player or be displayed on the face of the nearest blocks so it is no obscured by the surrounding blocks, and/or raise up to be completely visible to the player. Not sure how this is not being reported on more, it's great in VR but could be much better.
