[MCPE-112034] Items can only be enchanted with the same 3 enchantments, no matter which iteration of the item.

I tried to enchant some items, and all of them have the same enchantment set even if they're a different object.

Did you actually apply the enchantment? Generally the enchantments are random, but until you apply one, you won't get different choices on the same kind of item.
