Half second delay on all inputs

On all inputs, the game reacts around a half a second later. I have a nvidia quadro P3200. The delays have occurred ever since the 1.16.200 update. The game asked that the graphics card be updated. Before I updated, I noticed the delay. After I updated it, the delay was still there. I noticed that when my laptop was unplugged the game ran fine, so I switched the default driver for minecraft bedrock to the intel uhd graphics 630 which the computer usually switches to in a low power state. After playing with that for awhile, I noticed I needed to update that also. After I updated that it started delaying too. I have tried restarting the computer, deleting and reinstalling the game, changing to lower graphics quality in game, and fiddling with the nvidia quadro settings. All other apps work fine with the graphics card. A friend of mine is having the same problems and has also updated his graphics card. He has a Radeon R7 M445.
