Trouble loading and joining worlds

Hello. So, yesterday there was the 1.16.201 hotfix, and even after that, I’m still having big issues. Starting at about the hotfix before 1.16.201, I have been having issues joining my own worlds, and my friends worlds. When I try to join my own worlds, the green bar fills up all the way, and then it disappears, and it’s just the tips menu scrolling by, and the world doesn’t  actually load. Then, I close the application, and load it back up, and it still has issues (it occasionally works, but not usually). Then, I fully restart my device, and only THEN it sometimes works. Last week, I went over to my friends house, and we played on a LAN game, because we where on the same Wi-Fi, and it worked fine, but when I went home the next day, one of my friends created a world, and we all had issues joining. We even tried yesterday, after the hotfix, and it still didn’t work. I would love to get this fixed, because it’s pretty annoying to have to restart my device all the time.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
